Attorney
Cleve studied law at West Virginia University College of Law where he graduated in 2015. Prior to law school, Cleve attended the University of North Texas and graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Upon receiving his J.D., Cleve worked as a paid Clerk with the Cache County Attorney’s Office and did a paid Judicial Clerkship with the Administrative Office of the Courts. He has gained more than 8 years of experience in the legal field.
Cleve understands that a divorce or custody case can be a difficult and emotional time for the client. He believes his clients deserve a competent and skilled attorney who will listen and create a plan of action that is tailor-made to the client’s unique situation. Cleve believes clients deserve an honest assessment of their case along with helpful advice. Cleve has represented hundreds of clients before commissioners and judges for divorce, custody, protective order, and civil stalking injunction matters. Prior to joining RCG Law Group, Cleve worked at Utah Legal Services where he focused on family law matters. Cleve was a supervisor and mentor to attorneys and paralegals. Cleve has presented at multiple continuing legal education courses covering advanced family law issues and trial procedure. Cleve also had the pleasure of presenting to victim advocates at seminars and conferences on the procedures and statutes for protective orders and civil stalking injunctions. While at Utah Legal Services, Cleve handled cases from St. George to Brigham City. This allowed Cleve to gain significant experience with both commissioners and judges.
Cleve was born and raised in Logan, Utah. He is married and has two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, going on dates with his wife, playing with his children, hunting, and fishing.
