Bhumi received her Juris Doctorate from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in New York. During her time in law school, Bhumi served as a student attorney at the Immigration Justice Clinic at John Jay Legal Services. Prior to joining RCG Law Group, Bhumi enjoyed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Madelin F. Einbinder, Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Ocean County Superior Court in New Jersey.
During her clerkship, Bhumi gained knowledge and experience working with various family law matters including domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, and custody. Bhumi specialized in non-dissolution matters, involving parents who were not legally married or for other adults filing for Court relief on behalf of minor children. After her clerkship, Bhumi gained experience at a boutique general practice firm in New Jersey, with a focus on community association law and civil litigation. Bhumi firmly believes that each client deserves an individualized approach.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy activities like reading, hiking, and traveling. These pursuits allow me to stay active and continuously learn while also inspiring me to explore new perspectives and ideas. Bhumi is passionate, diligent, and committed to achieving her clients’ objectives. She strives to provide a thorough and thoughtful approach to every matter. Bhumi looks forward to fiercely advocating for her clients in Utah.
